Elke Burmeister Öcouture is an outstanding artist, master tailor and designer. Elke creates unique pieces from textiles and materials out oft he nature.
For Elke the fabric and material is very important. It hast to be natural and without all the poison the most fabrics are made of.
This is Taylors Art on highest leve. One can feel the energy and the spirit of the women who made it, with all their knowledge an love to this old handcraft. We all need this kind of energy to stay strong. One possibility of crossing art and spirit and it stands out, makes daily life and artificial art all in one. To wear clothes with this consciousness as you see it in an art exhibition.
